UBC Recycling Line

As recycling does not transmute the element, aluminum can be recycled infinitely without losing quality. Aluminum is the second most widely used metal whereas UBC (Used beverage cans) is the most recycled consumer product in the world. The biggest benefits of recycling UBC is it saves 95% of the energy compared to making new aluminum through mining, refining and smelting processes. UBC recycling line is a complete UBC recycling process line which incl collection, shredding, de-coating, melting and casting.


A typical UBC recycling process include following five steps:

1. Collection: the collected UBC are sorted and compressed into bales by a baler
2. Shredding: use shredders to reduce UBC into small sized pieces
3. De-coating: use hot air to blow off the surface paint
4. Melting: melt the de-coated aluminum pieces in furnace
5. Casting: the molten aluminum is made into ingot

The aluminum ingot is a raw material which can be turned into any aluminum based products.
