Prosino PSC-S series Shredding & Granulating Integrated Unit is an integrated machine that combines shredding and granulating/crushing in one comprehensive unit. This equipment is advantaged with its bi-ability. The in-built single-shaft shredding device firstly does the rough shredding and the in-built granulating/crushing device right after crush the relatively big shreds into small granules. Instead of the traditional way of using a shredding machine and a separate granulating machine to the same above job, this integrated unit not only saves financially in terms of machine itself cost and labor cost, but also saves the footprint in your facility as well increasing working efficiency.
This integrated unit is super good choice for plastic, rubber and wood recycling facilities, capable for shredding almost any of those waste scrap no matter it is light material or even heavy & thick material such as large plastic purgings of high hardness, heavy plastic tubes in big diameters and high thickness, plastic buckets/drums, wood furniture, rubber blocks, and so on. Operation of this machine is straight-forward, just pressing the buttons on the control panel to control every movement. And “auto mode” can be available on the control panel for fully automatic operation.
