Product description
The PROSINO Large Opening Granulator is an ideal size reduction machine specifically engineered for processing large-volume plastic products that are difficult to feed into conventional granulators. Featuring an oversized feed hopper and a large-diameter rotor, it efficiently granulates bulky plastic waste into uniform regrind suitable for direct recycling or further processing.
Working Principle
Material is manually or automatically fed into the oversized hopper. Inside the cutting chamber, the large-diameter rotor fitted with rotating knives works together with stationary knives to shear the material into smaller pieces. The granulated material passes through a replaceable screen until reaching the desired particle size before being discharged from the bottom outlet for collection or further conveying.
