The PS-C-SS Series Stainless Steel Granulator is specially designed for size reduction of food-grade, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other hygiene-sensitive materials where corrosion resistance and easy cleaning are essential. The machine features a fully stainless steel structural frame and housing, while all material-contact parts are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel to ensure excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic operation, and compliance with sanitary processing requirements. The cutting knives are the exception and are not made of stainless steel, as stainless steel cannot provide the hardness and wear resistance required for long-lasting cutting performance. Instead, the knives are manufactured from high-hardness tool steel to deliver superior cutting efficiency and extended service life.
Its compact, mobile design allows the machine to be easily positioned beside production lines for in-line recycling or material processing. The loading aperture is located on the top of the machine, allowing materials to be fed easily and efficiently.
