What affects your shredder throughput?
The shredder throughput depends on many factors. Below are some main factors for your easy reference:
1. material
Same shredder shreds different type of material and you can get different output. For example, if you use double shaft shredder to shred plastic film and metal bins, you will receive quite different throughput result.
2. the form of material
Different forms(strips, long or short pieces, blocks or bales, etc.) of material will result in different shredder throughput and also it may affect the material feeding solution and hopper size.
