FAQ
To evaluate your project, please provide the glove material and composition, required processing capacity, desired shredded particle size, feeding method, and material condition. Photos or videos of representative gloves are also helpful. With these details, PROSINO can assess the proposed Shredder and determine the appropriate conveyor and dust collection configuration.
The suitability of the proposed line depends on the type and level of contamination and the applicable handling and disposal requirements. Gloves contaminated with infectious materials, hazardous chemicals, or other regulated substances may require specialized containment, decontamination, or treatment procedures. Please disclose the material condition before equipment selection so that the appropriate safety measures can be evaluated.
Potentially, yes. The proposed system is intended to handle different glove materials, including rubber, rubber-fabric composites, and fabric. However, processing performance may vary between materials. If the gloves have significantly different properties or need to be processed in mixed batches, material testing is recommended to confirm throughput and output quality.
The final shredded particle size depends on the glove material, blade configuration, and operating conditions. Please specify your required output size when contacting PROSINO. We can then evaluate whether the proposed configuration is suitable for your downstream recycling or disposal process.
The proposed line incorporates a pulse dust collector to capture airborne dust through designated collection points. A customized hopper and a covered discharge conveyor will help contain dust around the feeding and discharge areas. The final ducting, airflow, and filtration configuration should be determined according to the actual dust characteristics and site requirements.
We will carefully evaluate your project requirements and recommend the most suitable size reduction solution for your application.
As illustrated in the proposed solution above, this gloves shredding line consists of four main components: a feeding conveyor belt, a PS-D-2160 Double Shaft Shredder, a discharging conveyor belt, and a pulse dust collector. To enhance dust collection, we will customize the feed hopper and install a dust cover over the discharge conveyor, helping to capture airborne dust during shredding and material transfer.
PROSINO gloves shredding line can be designed for evaluating and processing different types of surgical and industrial gloves, including fully rubber gloves, rubber gloves with fabric reinforcement, and fully fabric gloves.
No. The configuration described above is a granulation and dust-extraction system. A washing, drying or pelletizing process can be considered separately if required by the recycling application.
The output size depends on the granulator configuration and screen opening, as well as the plastic material and operating conditions. The required output size should be specified when selecting the machine.
A magnetic separator primarily targets ferrous metal. A metal detector provides an additional detection stage for metal contamination that may remain in the material stream.
