Granule Size & Discharge Performance:
- Random Granule Sizes: The granules produced vary in size, but the output size can be controlled by selecting an appropriate screen mesh.
- Discharge Efficiency: Since we only had a single sample piece from the customer, the material discharge was somewhat slow. Most of the granules in the cutting chamber tended to bounce around, making the discharge process less efficient. However, our granulator is fully capable of handling bulk quantities effectively, ensuring smoother and faster discharge when processing continuous material flow.
